The business had operated since this time as a sole trader but has now transitioned to a private Australian company as of March 2018, our company is committed to providing quality services to the civil and mining industry. We are passionate about bridging the gap between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous. We express this passion by devoting ourselves to the employment, training and empowerment of our countrymen while striving to cultivate lasting connections and success within the civil and mining community.

Advtech Pty Ltd specialize  in training, assessment and in-depth reporting and verification of experience levels and skills shortages, mentoring and career development, planning of future training and seamless integration of employees with minimal disruption.

We provide training on most production equipment for new employees and inexperienced personnel. We have excelled in planning and organizing site mobilization, developing and implementing operational requirements, contractor supply and management, consultation with the client’s management team, reporting and payment negotiations and determining the most efficient development and employment needs for each project.
